Steps on How to Claim A Blog in Technorati Using "Claim Token"

Claiming a blog in Technorati is easy but a bit confusing.After emailing you back the claim token-mine is VSM67XNPNJB9, they will ask you to visit your technorati account for details on how to use this token.But, when you click on the link, there's no instruction provided for using it.So, I just googled "how to use the claim token for claiming my blog in technorati" and found out that its actually easy to do it.

So this is how you do it:

1. Write a new post and include the claim token in the body of your post.
2. Publish your post
3. Return to your technorati account page
4. Scroll down the page and click "Check Claim".That's it and you're done.

Another way of doing it is to write a temporary post putting the 12- digit claim code in the body of your post then publish it.Just follow the steps above.After checking claim, technorati will send you an email that will look like this:

"Thank you for submitting your blog claim on Technorati. We have successfully crawled your blog and found the claim token, and your claim is now awaiting review."
Then you can delete your temporary post now.
